Ms. Burris’ primary focus is women’s health and anti-aging. She treats patients for infertility, menstrual irregularities, ailments during pregnancy, postpartum and hormonal imbalances throughout menopause. Kristen is one of the only acupuncture experts in Idaho with extensive experience in infertility. A recent government funded study at Adelaide University found traditional Chinese herbal medicine to be TWICE as effective in the treatment of female infertility achieving pregnancy in 1/3 of the time frame compared to standard western fertility drug treatments and IVF over 12 months.

Acupuncture medically enhances the very expensive and invasive In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) approach to infertility: Adding Acupuncture increases up to a 50% increase in pregnancy rates in some clinical studies.

Ms. Burris has worked integratively with some of the top Reproductive Endocrinologists in the country. She has accompanied hundreds of patients during their In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) procedures to increase pregnancy by 50% (Sterility and Fertility) April 2002, 2006 and 2008. Kristen has worked with the doctors at San Diego Fertility Center, Infertility/Gynecology and Obstetrics (IG&O) of San Diego, La Jolla IVF, Reproductive Partners, Reproductive Sciences Center and the Fertility Specialists Medical Group.
