Late Cancellations (if less than 24 hours in advance) or Missed Appointments full charge of appointment.
If it has been more than 6 months since your last visit you will need to make an appointment for a Follow-up Consultation, re-evaluation required.
If it has been more than a year since your last visit, you will need to schedule an Initial Appointment as you will be considered a new patient.
